Frequently asked questions
How do I get stars?
Every habit you tick off gives your Wobbi energy and stars. Mini-games also earn a few stars (limited per day), and in the star shop you can voluntarily watch a short video (+20 stars, up to 5 per day) or buy star packs. If you are signed in with your Duo Lists account, every entry you complete yourself in Duo Lists earns stars as well. With stars you buy food and clothes for your Wobbi.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account, everything stays on your phone. With an account, your Wobbi is backed up and comes back on a new phone – and you can play together.
How do I connect with my partner?
This works via the Duo Lists app: connect there with the invite code. Then both of you sign in to Wobbi under Settings → Duo Lists account with the same account. Wobbi picks up the connection automatically – and you get your shared Wobbi and games for two.
How do I change the language?
In the app under Settings → Language. “Phone language” follows your iPhone’s language (English if it isn’t supported).
How do I delete my data?

Can my Wobbi die?
No. Your Wobbi never dies and never scolds you. If you’ve been away for a few days, it’s simply happy to see you again.
Deleting your account and data
Delete only Wobbi data
In the app under ⚙️ Settings → “Delete Wobbi data”. This deletes your own creature, your stars, clothes, habits and high scores – on your phone and in your account. The shared couple creature remains.
Delete your whole account
Your Wobbi account is your Duo Lists account. You delete it in the Duo Lists app under Settings → “Delete account”. This deletes all your data, including your Wobbi data.
The app is no longer installed?
Send an email to office@raisl-apps.at with the subject “Konto löschen” (delete account) – please from the email address that belongs to your account (with “Sign in with Apple”, possibly Apple’s relay address). We delete your account and all data within 30 days.
Purchases
Purchased stars are not refunded when you delete your account. Purchase receipts remain with Apple or Google as required by tax law.
